A member of the Frankfort and Chillicothe communities our original founder, Penny, has been the owner of Noble Plumbing Inc. since 1993. 

If you've seen our vans driving around town, you've undoubtedly seen our "hot tub doctor's" face. Jeff is the technician you see when you have an issue with your hot tub or if you're getting an estimate for a big project.
